Jacque Cousteau raved about the wrecks and reefs of the Sinai peninsula and rightly so. Even today with 2000 divers departing daily on a fleet of dive boats from Sharm El Sheikh the reefs are still wonderful. One can easily imagine the pristine underwater heaven that Cousteau discovered and why he included many of these dives in his top ten world dive site list.

The great organiser, Pat booked our party into the 4* Kahramana Hotel which was a five minute walk from the excellent dive operation that is Camel Divers. Over the course of six days we carried out 17 dives. This was easy diving as it should be - having our own boat had the great advantage of leaving our dive gear on it for the full week. The food on board was wonderfully simple and delicious.
